"Consumers rely on their home and mobile networks to support a growing number of high bandwidth, performance-sensitive applications. Two-thirds of U.S. broadband households subscribe to Over The Top (OTT) video services, and one-third have more than one subscription. Service providers are relying more on automation to address potential service issues, speed the resolution process, and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
