According to Modor Intelligence, the smart homes market was valued at USD 79.13 billion in 2020, and it is expected to reach USD 313.95 billion by 2026 and register a CAGR of 25.3% over the forecast period (2021 – 2026). Since few years the sharp interest is growing about the transformative values of the Internet of Things (IoT) for connected home and building automation. The Smart Home and building are more likely to be fully « digital » and remotely controlled via internet.
