Erin Bullard serves as the Director of Partner Relations at Immix, a company which provides robust security monitoring software and creates a single pane of glass for our customers to connect to various disparate systems. Erin is responsible for managing the company's Technology Partner Program, consisting of more than 500 different products from an array of manufacturer and security solutions partners. This includes integration maintenance and prioritization as well as planning and joint marketing efforts with the technology partners and more. Prior to this role, Erin was an Immix customer as the Director of Remote Guarding at Securitas USA, and was responsible for operations, sales support, and marketing, working closely with executive leadership to steer the business. Passionate about evaluating problems from different angles, she is driven to find the right solution and deliver results. Erin holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.

Derek is a values-centered entrepreneur who is passionate about the environment and making bold leaps in energy efficiency through system integration. He is a subject matter expert in building controls and intelligent DC Nanogrids, and contributes to industry working groups to promote efficient building technologies. As founder and CEO of LumenCache, he is leading the collaborative effort to globally change the standard for power distribution in buildings making them smart, safe, efficient, and resilient.

Sce started her career in the 90s in Silicon Valley, designing and developing the 1st ecommerce sites for GM, HP, Blue Cross and others. Later she helped to pioneer Smart Phones at Palm, Qualcomm, and Amp'd Mobile. In 2007, Sce started her own company, Citizen, which initially focused on Smart Phone products and later on Internet of Things (IoT) products such as Connected Car, Connected Health. Sce successfully sold Citizen to Ernst & Young. While developing IoT products for these industries at Citizen, she realized that there was a lack of enterprise-level Smart Apartment solution designed specifically for the Multi-Family-Home Industry. In 2014, she founded IOTAS, a turn-key, simple smart apartment solutions company to help the MFH industry increase revenue and save costs. IOTAS has been recognized by Fortune, Wired, Gigaom, ABC, NBC, FastCo and more as the new way of automating apartments to attract tenants. Sce has spoken at Health 2.0, TechFest NW, WebVisions, NAA, and BISNOW on the impact of Internet of Things. She is a passionate advocate of representation and equality of women and minorities in STEM.

Mariam Rogers is currently the Director of Multifamily Sales for Brivo. She began her career in pharmaceutical sales and service before transitioning into the hospitality space. During her tenure at RxAmerica, Mariam led national support and sales teams, who specialized in the assistance of rebates, qualification and adjudication of all medication and prescription claims between the insurance providers and end users. While managing the properties of Mr. John Huntsman Senior, Mariam oversaw all aspects of the properties, including housekeeping, security, lease-up, sales, ground crews, maintenance, concierge services, and customized programs. Prior to joining Brivo, Mariam served as Director of Sales for Hyatt and Vivint Smart Properties, where she sold into national MDUs, enhancing their offerings with smart products increasing their values in both rentals and conversion.
