Entropic said that it has shipped more than 50 million MoCA chipsets since 2007, covering 70 percent of the U.S. market with service providers like Verizon, DirecTV, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox Communications and Bright House Networks. The HomeGrid Forum, meanwhile, countered that it has advanced its multipurpose G.hn chipset from "specification to reality" via a successful interoperability plugfest.
